  Réalisée dans le cadre du projet européen Learning 2.0: A Study on the Impact of Web 2.0 Innovations on Education and Training in Europe sous la conduite de l'IPTS (institute for prospective technological studies), cette étude dresse un état des lieux du learning 2.0 en Europe.

Elle s'appuie sur l'analyse de 8 études de cas distinctes pour tenter d'identifier les bonnes pratiques relatives au déploiement d'approches pédagogiques basées sur le web 2.0 et le social computing. Chacun d'eux est décrit et évalué, et les conditions de transfert sont questionnées :

- Nettilukio (Internet Upper Secondary School) - A Comprehensive Online Study Programme for Secondary Education in Adult Training
