MultilingNet : We are a group of scholars investigating issues pertaining to multilingualism and multilingual education. Our association was established in 2017 in Poland. Our network is made up of scholars in their early stage of academic career. We come from various European states as well as the US, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, Brazil, etc. Our aim is to share details of research with a wider community, hence we meet a few times a year at European universities to hold conferences.
The conference considers all aspects of the linguistic and sociolinguistic competences and practices of bi-/multilingual speakers who cross existing social and linguistic boundaries, adopting or adapting themselves to new and overlapping linguistic spaces.
We invite papers in all areas of research in bi-/multilingualism, whether or not linked directly to the overarching conference theme, including, but not limited to, linguistics, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, clinical linguistics, education, bi-/multilingual societies.
