Voces y Silencios: Revista Latinoamericana de Educación is an academic, biannual, electronic, open access publication, which focuses on questions and issues relating to pedagogy and to educational policy and management, with an emphasis on what is particularly relevant in a Latin American context. It is of special interest to researchers (of all tendencies), teachers, educational administrators and those who work in both formal, informal, and governmental educational settings. Articles written in Spanish, Portuguese and English are welcome.
